With CESCO, you will be assigned an individual Account Representative. While you can be assured that your needs will be attended to by the entire CESCO team, your Account Representative will operate as your primary point of contact. Your Account Representative will work with you to ensure that CESCO is able to meet your needs in all aspects of the service experience. From operational procedures, to a Boiler change-out, to a new billing procedure, your Account Representative will make certain that we meet your needs and expectations. Similar to the Lead Technician assigned to your account, your Account Representative will have an intimate understanding of your facility, your equipment, maintenance history, accounting procedures, HVAC goals and plans, facility requirements, SOP’s, etc. The goal is to build relationships and processes that allow us to meet your needs as efficiently as possible.
