CESCO is committed to providing all employees with a safe, working environment and to protecting their health and well being. Equally important is the health and well-being of our customers and subcontractors.  We strive to ensure Safety is the major priority on all of our worksites.  Our union partners take safety just as seriously as CESCO, ensuring employees and management are always working together when it comes to work site safety. 

The Cox Companies employ a full time safety officer and are committed to continuing education and training for all employees in safety practices and new technology.  Our weekly toolbox talks and routine safety equipment inspections are as important as any other aspect of our jobs.  Our health and safety plan for construction work and related fabrication strives to create a company mind set of "Zero Accident Tolerance" by outlining specific responsibilities, accountability and safety practices.
